We may or may not have met yet. Regardless of that, I want you to know something so important: I whole-heartedly believe in you. Who you are as a person is so worthy of the love, healing, forgiveness, and joy that you are seeking.
I am here to believe in you even when you may find it difficult to believe in yourself. I’m here to be a place where you can let the walls come down and you can be safe to explore to vulnerable things.
Therapy is a relationship. It’s you and me. Together, we will collaborate to help facilitate growth and overcome the obstacles holding you back.
I work primarily with the high-achievers, the workaholics, and the lonely. Those who “have it all together,” yet on the inside feel like they’re crumbling. Those who have the high power jobs, the leadership opportunity, the influence, the success they’ve always wanted, yet they feel lonely, disconnected, and anxious. Those stuck in hustle culture and have difficulty managing their emotions. They have trouble letting go of the past, and ruminate about the future. I see you. Together we can work to build the life you dream of.
